Phone and WhatsApp are the fastest ways to reach us, and WhatsApp is
usually easiest if you are calling from overseas.

We aim to reply the same day. If you message us in the evening you will
normally hear back the next morning.

LANGUAGES

We help buyers in English, German and French. Message us in whichever is
easiest for you.

OPENING HOURS

7 days a week, 8am to 6pm New Zealand time.

Viewings and test drives are by appointment. Call or message us to book a
time and we will confirm it, along with directions and exactly where to
meet us.

WHERE WE ARE

We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. We are currently between premises,
so we confirm the address with you when you book a viewing.

If you are arriving without a car, tell us where you are staying and we
will tell you which bus or train to take.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

Please contact us first, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Most things are
sorted out quickly with a conversation, and we would much rather hear
about a problem early.

If we cannot resolve a dispute about a vehicle you bought from us, you may
be able to apply to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, which is
independent and inexpensive to apply to.
