governed by the law of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have
jurisdiction.

We sell vehicles only in New Zealand, in person, at our Auckland yard. We
do not sell or deliver vehicles into other countries, and we do not
direct our business at consumers in any other jurisdiction.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Where you buy from us as a private buyer, the Consumer Guarantees Act
1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply, and we cannot exclude them. Our
Return and Refund Policy explains what those rights mean in practice and
how to make a claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, you may be able to apply to
the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal. Free advice on consumer rights is
